Scope

This document specifies a method for the determination of hydrogen content (mass fraction of H in Si-H) in hydrogenated silicone oil using headspace gas chromatography. This document is applicable to the detection of hydrogen content in high hydrogen-containing silicone oil, low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and terminal hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
