- This standard specifies the principles, measuring instruments, sample requirements, test conditions, measurement procedures, calculation of results and test reports for measuring the volume resistivity of carbon fiber multifilaments and single filaments using the four-probe method. This standard is applicable to the measurement of volume resistivity of various types of carbon fibers from 1K to 24K, and can also be applied to the measurement of volume resistivity of conductive wires. The multifilament resistivity measurement method should not be used for fibers with a modulus greater than 600GPa, and the single-filament measurement method should not be used for fibers with a resistivity greater than 15μΩ?m.
