The document describes two chemical methods for the determination of cadmium in water, waste water, sludge and sediment by atomic absorption spectrometry. Method 1 determines cadmium in the air-acetylene-flame and can be used for mass concentration from 0,05 to 1,0 mg/l. Method 2 determines cadmium by electrothermal atomization AAS and is practicable for a range from 0,3 to 3 ?l.#,,#
