This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitment of the cosmetic raw material D-panthenol (hereinafter referred to as D-panthenol). This document applies to the cosmetic raw material D-panthenol produced by the reaction of D-pantolactone produced by microbial enzymatic method and 3-aminopropanol.
