Scope
DBS45/ 075-2022 Food Safety Local Standard Red and Blue Herb document stipulates the terms and definitions, requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of red and blue herb. This document applies to food processing raw materials made from the leaves and stems of fresh red and blue grass, which are selected, cleaned, cut or not cut.
