- This standard specifies the process requirements and quality inspection for coating anti-corrosion plastic powder coatings on the inner and outer surfaces of steel pipes and pipe fittings. This standard is applicable to transportation media such as seawater, sewage, drinking water, oil, inert gas, etc. The diameter DN is 15~600mm. The length of straight pipe shall not exceed 6000mm. The steel pipe plastic coating process is used for ship piping systems where the straightened length of the bent pipe is not more than 4000mm. Plastic-coated steel pipes for similar pipelines in other industries can also be used as a reference.
