Scope

This document specifies the sampling method, sample analysis and data processing for the determination of gaseous mercury in flue gas from coal-fired power plants using cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry. This document is applicable to the determination of gaseous mercury (excluding particulate mercury) in boiler flue gas of coal-fired power plants. Other types of thermal power plants can refer to it.
