- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of straight tube high-intensity and low-pressure ultraviolet germicidal lamps with nominal power of 280 W to 750 W. This standard applies to high-intensity and low-pressure ultraviolet germicidal lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps) used in air disinfection, water treatment and sterilization.
