Scope

1   Scope This document specifies drycleaning procedures for tetrachloroethene (perchloroethylene), using commercial drycleaning machines, for fabrics and garments. It comprises procedures for normal and sensitive materials . Localized staining and stain removal fall outside the scope of this document.
