This document specifies the requirements for ultrasonic testing of cladding layers such as austenitic stainless steel or nickel-based alloys on the inner hole surface or outer surface of tubular components and valve body components (hereinafter collectively referred to as components) in oil and gas wellhead equipment. This document is applicable to the manual or automatic inspection of the cladding layer, welding layer and heat-affected zone of oil and gas wellhead equipment in the production, manufacturing, installation and repair of parts with an inner hole diameter greater than 50mm and a surfacing layer thickness of 3mm to 25mm. . The inspection of surfacing layers of other equipment components can be carried out with reference to this document.
