1.1 This standard is formulated in order to ensure that the gas supply project of small propane storage tanks meets the requirements of environmental protection, intrinsic safety, advanced technology, economic reasonableness and convenient maintenance. 1.2 This standard applies to the engineering design, construction acceptance and operation and maintenance of using small propane storage tanks to supply gas to residential, commercial and industrial users. 1.3 The total geometric storage volume of small propane storage tanks does not exceed 10m3. 1.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the design, construction acceptance and operation and maintenance of small propane storage tank gas supply projects should also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.
