- This standard specifies the detection of malachite green (MG) and its metabolite leuco malachite green (LMG) residues in aquatic products - the principle, reagents, materials and instruments of colloidal gold immunochromatography and equipment, measurement procedures, results judgment and expression, and results confirmation methods. This standard is applicable to the rapid screening and detection of malachite green and its metabolite leuco malachite green residues in fish, turtle, turtle muscle tissue and edible tissues of shrimp, crab shells and intestinal glands. The detection limit of this standard method is: 3.0 μg/kg.
