Scope

This document provides general guidelines, transportation operation guidelines and emergency response guidelines for cross-border road transport operations of dangerous goods between Guangdong and Macao. This document applies to cross-border road transport operations between Guangdong and Macao by carriers for packaged dangerous goods other than "explosive substances and articles" and "radioactive substances".
