Scope

This document stipulates the classification, environmental conditions, safety, functional requirements, performance indicators, labeling and documentation, packaging, transportation, storage and inspection of high-voltage electrochemical energy storage converters (hereinafter referred to as converters). This document is applicable to converters that do not require an integrated step-up transformer and have an AC side output voltage level of 6kV to 35kV.
