This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of oatmeal. This document applies to pre-packaged oatmeal products made only from oats as raw materials and made through cutting (or not cutting), ripening, flaking, drying and other processes.
