This document specifies the design method for large-capacity dry-type high-frequency transformers for power electronic equipment, including determination of core material parameters and operating magnetic flux density, core cross-sectional area calculation, winding turns calculation, insulation design, winding and core size calculation, Leakage inductance, losses and temperature rise calculations, etc. This document is applicable to the refined design of dry-type high-frequency transformers of 10kV and below for power electronic equipment with a rated operating frequency range of 400Hz to 20kHz and a rated capacity of not less than 5kVA.
