- This standard specifies the classification and grading, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of oxide barrier transparent plastic composite films and bags for food packaging. This standard applies to aluminum oxide-coated biaxially oriented polyester films, silicon oxide-coated biaxially oriented polyester films, and biaxially oriented polyamide films with top and bottom coatings as the main barrier layer, which are dry-laminated or solvent-free Oxide-barrier transparent plastic composite films and bags for food packaging. This standard does not apply to oxide-barrier transparent plastic composite films for food packaging, bags and composite plastic cover films for food packaging without top coat and primer.
