This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of by-product ammonium chloride. This document is applicable to the hydrochloric acid gas recovered from the chloromethylation process of 2-thiopheneacetyl chloride and the ammonia gas generated from the hydrolysis process, which are absorbed by the water washing tower respectively, and then the absorption liquid is mixed to prepare the by-product liquid ammonium chloride.
