- This document specifies a capillary gel electrophoresis qualitative detection method for cow milk casein components in cow milk, goat milk and their products. The minimum detection limit of the method is 1% (mass ratio of ingredients). This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of cow milk casein components in cow milk, goat milk and their products.
