This document specifies a capillary gel electrophoresis qualitative detection method for cow milk casein components in cow milk, goat milk and their products. The minimum detection limit of the method is 1% (mass ratio of ingredients). This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of cow milk casein components in cow milk, goat milk and their products. Applicable product categories include liquid milk (pasteurized milk, high temperature sterilized milk, modulated milk, sterilized milk, fermented milk), milk powder (Whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, partially skimmed milk powder, modified milk powder, whey powder), infant formula milk powder, etc.
