- Scope
- This standard specifies the mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, surface roughness and technical requirements of cylinder barrels made of non-ferrous metal tubes. This standard applies to circular seamless or welded non-ferrous metal cylinders that have been subjected to tensile stress relief or sufficient heat treatment, and the inner hole has been specially machined with or without chips. It is also applicable to special-shaped cylinders with a circular inner hole. Note: This standard is mainly aimed at brass alloys and aluminum alloy materials, but is not limited to such materials.
