This specification specifies the terms and definitions of pasteurized buffalo milk, sterilized buffalo milk and prepared buffalo milk, technical requirements, inspection methods, hygienic requirements and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the production and processing process. This specification applies to full-fat, partially skimmed and skimmed pasteurized buffalo milk, sterilized buffalo milk and prepared buffalo milk.
