Scope

This document describes a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the main active ingredients in sumac. This document applies to urushiols (saturated urushiol, monounsaturated urushiol, diunsaturated urushiol, triunsaturated urushiol) and flavonoids (flavonoids, urushiols, etc.) , thioflavin and rivetin) compound content determination of single or multiple components.
