- This document stipulates the methods, technical requirements, pollution control, environmental monitoring and environmental management requirements for the utilization and disposal of the remaining solid phase after the comprehensive utilization of oily sludge from natural gas mining. This document is applicable to the pollution prevention and environmental supervision and management of the utilization and disposal of the remaining solid phase after the comprehensive utilization of oily sludge from natural gas mining. This document does not apply to the remaining solid phase produced by the use of chemicals listed in the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in natural gas extraction and comprehensive utilization of oily sludge.
