GB/T 41105.2-2021 Non-destructive testing—Measurement and evaluation of the X-ray tube voltage—Part 2: Constancy check by the thick filter method (English Version)
This document specifies the stability check method of the X-ray system, mainly to check the stability of the X-ray tube voltage and tube current, and to check and analyze the X-ray tube voltage and tube current changes that may be caused by the aging of the X-ray tube anode target. evaluate. The method specified in this document is based on the determination of the X-ray tube, filter plate, measuring device and spacing, and after specifying a certain thickness of the filter plate, the dose rate measurement is performed. The method specified in this document is very sensitive to changes in tube voltage, but cannot measure the absolute value of the X-ray tube voltage. Therefore, a reference value needs to be given and confirmed, for example, in the acceptance test of the X-ray system to confirm the reference value. This document is suitable for testers to conduct regular stability checks on X-ray systems using the relatively convenient technology of thick plate filtering. This document is applicable to the consistency inspection of the X-ray system after the replacement of components that may affect the X-ray tube voltage. This document applies to all types of X-ray systems, such as potentiostatic, half-wave rectified and pulsed, high-voltage generators with a tube current greater than 1 mA.
