This standard applies to graphene-modified rigid electric heating plates used for heating in various scenarios, and they must have fixed three-dimensional dimensions and heating power. Electric heating panels whose three-dimensional dimensions are not fixed or can be extended limitedly or infinitely are not applicable to this standard.
