This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection and testing, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage, technical data and attachments for network source coordinated online monitoring on-site devices. This document applies to the product design, manufacturing, commissioning and use of on-site devices for network source coordination online monitoring in thermal power plants (including gas power plants), hydroelectric power plants (including pumped storage power plants) and nuclear power plants. Other types of power plants shall be implemented accordingly.
