Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, method principle, sample preparation, test procedure and result calculation of piezoelectric lithium niobate single crystal sound wave attenuation test. This standard applies to piezoelectric lithium niobate single crystal materials, and also to piezoelectric lithium tantalate, lead molybdate and tellurium dioxide single crystal materials.
