- This document applies to the air pollutant emission management of existing coal-fired power plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection engineering design, completed environmental protection acceptance, pollution discharge permit and air pollutant emission management after the coal-fired power plant construction project is put into operation. This document does not apply to the management of air pollutant emissions from power plants of various capacities that use domestic waste and hazardous waste as fuel.
