- This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resins used in food container packaging materials. This standard applies to vinylidene chloride-vinyl chloride copolymer resins produced by suspension copolymerization using vinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride as raw materials. The resin can be used in containers, packaging materials, food industry equipment and utensils that directly or indirectly contact with food.
