Scope
This standard stipulates the detection conditions, technical requirements, detection methods, discrimination principles and detection cycle of the electronic probe analyzer. This standard applies to the detection of electron probe analyzers that use X-ray wavelength spectrometers (referred to as spectrometers) for elemental analysis during use and after repairs. The detection of scanning electron microscope equipped with spectrometer can refer to the implementation.
