Scope

This document stipulates the working environment, basic regulations, system performance, test projects, installation, safety, operation and maintenance technical requirements for community-level energy storage systems for the secondary use of lead-acid batteries. This document applies to community-level energy storage systems with system output power not less than 30kW and battery system rated energy above 60kW·h.
