- Scope
- 5.1 Specifications and Dimensions The main specifications and dimensions of the product are shown in Table 1. Other specifications shall be agreed upon by both parties. 5.2 The allowable deviation of dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.3 Appearance quality 5.3.1 SDXPS should have a smooth surface, no inclusions, and uniform color. There should be no visible defects that affect use, such as blistering, cracks, deformation, etc. 5.3.2 Except for the notches, the surface of the GDXPS product should be smooth and the notches should be even; the surface of the uniformity layer should be smooth and without damage. 5.4 The physical and mechanical properties should comply with the requirements in Table 3. 5.5 The thermal insulation performance should comply with the requirements in Table 4. 5.6 The combustion performance should not be lower than GB 8624 B2 level. 5.7 Total volatile organic compound release limit The total volatile organic compound release amount should not be greater than 0.45mg/m3.
