- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of xenon lamp aging testers for plastics and their products. This standard applies to air-cooled rotating type, water-cooled rotating type and air-cooled flat-plate type xenon lamp aging testers (hereinafter referred to as xenon lamp aging testers) that use xenon arc lamps to simulate sunlight to detect plastics and their products.
