This document proposes the terms and definitions, quality requirements, test methods and rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for Changde rice noodles (dry rice noodles/semi-dry rice noodles). It is suitable for dry rice noodles or semi-dry rice noodles that use early indica rice as the main raw material, add (or not add) edible starch, and are processed by corresponding processes.
