Scope

This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol in drinking water, surface water and groundwater. This standard is applicable to the determination of 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol in drinking water, surface water and groundwater. When the injection volume is 10 μL, the detection limits of 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol are 1.00 μg/L, 1.00 μg/L and 0.25 μg/L respectively. The lower limits of determination are 4.00μg/L, 4.00μg/L and 1.00μg/L respectively.
