Scope

This Recommendation specifies a peer protocol for multimedia streaming services over managed peer-to-peer networking infrastructure. It describes the following: ?C overview of the peer protocol; ?C peer protocol elements such as types of peer@ types of peer relationship and buffermap structure; ?C protocol messages and parameters; ?C protocol behaviours.
