This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant thermosetting polyester powder coatings (hereinafter referred to as polyester powder coatings) for outdoor use. This document is applicable to polyester powder made with saturated carboxyl polyester resin, triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) or hydroxyalkyl amide (HAA) as the main film-forming material, and adding pigments, fillers, additives, etc. coating. The polyester powder coating can be used as a single layer or form a matching system with primer, etc. It is mainly used for long-term decoration and durability protection of the surfaces of outdoor steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy substrates such as building profiles, home appliances, vehicles, etc. This document does not apply to conductive functional type and polyester powder coatings containing metal and pearlescent pigments.
