This document stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and eating methods of Dalian seafood prepared vegetable seaweed cold dishes. This document applies to seaweed cold dish products made from salted seaweed produced in Dalian.
