Scope
This document stipulates the ability requirements and responsibilities of management personnel related to the implementation of food safety main responsibilities in food business (catering) enterprises, as well as the implementation and evaluation of daily control, weekly inspections, and monthly dispatching working mechanisms. This document applies to catering service providers such as social catering service operators, unit canteens, central kitchens and collective dining distribution units to implement their main responsibilities for food safety, excluding small food business stores (catering) and small stalls. Third-party platforms for online catering services can refer to this for implementation.
