HJ 829-2017 Ambient air -Determination of inorganic elements in ambient particle matter- Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (ED-XRF) method (English Version)
This standard specifies the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of inorganic elements in ambient air and fugitive emission particulate matter. This standard applies to sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and chlorine (Cl) in ambient air and unorganized emitted particulate matter collected using filter membranes. ), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), scandium (Sc), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni ), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), strontium (Sr), bromine (Br), cadmium (Cd), barium (Ba), lead (Pb), tin (Sn) ), antimony (Sb) and other elements. This standard also applies to other inorganic elements whose methods have been verified to meet accuracy and precision requirements. Under the characteristic spectral line conditions of each element recommended in this standard, see Appendix A for the method detection limit and lower determination limit.
