This document stipulates the terms and definitions of re-blending of flue gas denitration catalysts in thermal power plants, requirements for determination of re-blending, detection methods, and packaging, transportation and storage requirements for deactivated/damaged catalysts. This document is applicable to the detection and determination of honeycomb and flat plate type re-doped catalysts for flue gas denitration in thermal power plants. Corrugated type re-doped catalysts can be implemented as a reference.
