This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection rules, labeling and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of commercialized A2β-casein milk. This standard applies to full-fat ultra-high temperature sterilized milk or full-fat pasteurized milk products processed from milk produced by A2 type cows.
