- This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit per unit product of the rice paper production system. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption of the main production systems of pulp and rice paper using green sandalwood bark and Shatian rice straw fiber as the main raw materials, as well as the energy consumption control of newly built, renovated and expanded enterprises (devices). This standard applies to rice paper products made by hand or machine.
