This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of chemically synthesized isoprene products. This document applies to isoprene products produced from isobutylene, tert-butyl alcohol, methyl tert-butyl ether or mixed carbon tetracycline and formaldehyde through chemical reaction and distillation purification.
