- This standard specifies seven parts including requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sanitary napkins (panty liners, panty-type sanitary napkins). Chapter 3 requirements respectively propose chemical safety requirements for microorganisms, formaldehyde, movable fluorescent whitening substances, organotin compounds, heavy metals, phthalates, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, etc. Physical indicators include water absorption rate, absorption speed, air permeability, back seepage amount, leakage and other index requirements.
