- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of aluminum and aluminum alloy cable trays (hereinafter referred to as trays). This standard applies to bridges made of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates or profiles, mainly used for laying cables indoors and outdoors in industrial and civil buildings. It does not apply to bridges made of ferrous metals and non-metals.
