- This document stipulates the product specifications and requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of fluoride red phosphors. This document applies to Mn4+-activated fluoride series red phosphors, which are mainly used as light excitation conversion materials for light-emitting devices such as semiconductor light-emitting diodes (EDs).
