- This document stipulates the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for the anti-corrosion process of escalator and moving walkway trusses. This document applies to the anti-corrosion coating processes for newly manufactured escalator and moving walkway trusses: hot-dip galvanizing, paint coating, and electrophoretic coating. This document does not cover all truss anti-corrosion technology. Other technology that meets the equivalent anti-corrosion requirements of trusses can be used.
