This standard applies to reactive energy meters that are used in combination with instrument transformers in three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire circuits, reactive energy meters that measure the total amount of multiple circuits using the current combining method, and their transmitters. Specifies the reactive energy meter with device (hereinafter referred to as the meter). Note that matters other than those stipulated in this standard are in accordance with JIS C 1210. In addition, for meters equipped with additional equipment, this standard applies to the reactive energy meter section with the additional equipment attached. In this standard, multi-circuit total current transformers used in combination with multi-circuit total current meters are specified in Annex 1, and combinations with transformers and tolerance limits for total errors are specified in Annex 2.
