This standard applies to ordinary watt-hour meters (Type III 1 Specifies single-element meters and type III multi-element single meters (hereinafter referred to as meters). Note that matters other than those stipulated in this standard are in accordance with JISC1210. In addition, for meters equipped with additional equipment, this standard applies to the electricity meter section of the meter with the additional equipment attached. In this standard, the transmitter of electricity meter with transmitter used for centralized meter reading and automatic meter reading is as per the annex.
